Refunds
We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind.' We only offer refunds on defective products purchased directly from our website within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is returned in its original condition. We do not offer change of mind refunds. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Returns Process
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact our customer service team at MalibuandZuma@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at MalibuandZuma@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
